RESEARCH INTERESTS

Ms. Lee is a member of the firms Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical Group of the Sughrue firm. She has extensive experience in prosecuting patent applications and writing opinions regarding patentability, infringement and freedom-to-operate. Ms. Lee’s work focuses on biotechnology area including nucleic acid and polypeptide sequences, antibodies, pharmaceuticals, drug designing and screening based on target molecule’s structures. Her work also covers drug delivery systems and regenerative medicine area. She often gives lectures for researchers and industry IP managers. She speaks fluent Korean and is a registered Korean Patent Attorney.
